While working with industrialist and renowned Entrepreneur and animal welfare activist Mr. Ratan Tata, our founder Shantanu Naidu came across students who were fearful of venturing into Entrepreneurship. Not knowing where to start, or how to choose a problem to solve, or which pitfalls to look out for, were only some of the problems he noticed were discouraging potential Indian entrepreneurs from joining the entrepreneurial ecosystem and growing it further. This is truly one of the reasons why the Indian startup ecosystems grows slowly and is not inclusive. To bring this inclusivity, learnings from Mr. Tata’s office and his Cornell MBA, and stories from his personal life that would inspire fearful students, Shantanu launched '“On Your Sparks” teaching courses as a sister initiative of Motopaws. “Sister” because the a primary motive of “On Your Sparks” is to keep growing Motopaws animal initiatives manufacturing reflective collars for safety of stray animals and feeding and rescuing them across over 15 cities across the country.

“On Your Sparks” aims to create an inclusive, informed environment for Indian students afraid of entering the entrepreneurial space with right ethics, values and principles and protecting as well as rehabilitating the voiceless strays in the country.
